This two story home offers a fully stocked kitchen, a large fireplace, two bedrooms (each set up with a queen-sized bed, a Roku tv, full closets + seated makeup vanities), a sunroom including two additional single beds, a large tub/shower, a washer + dryer, and a private backyard featuring a fire pit & seating. The space This 1,200 square foot home is a two-story cottage style home located in the heart of Cedar Falls. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the second floor, and the third sleeping area is in the sun room located just off the living room. All sleeping areas are equipped with blackout curtains and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. The home is well equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including a pack-n-play, high chair, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryers, board games, feminine hygiene products, and any other accoutrements you may have forgotten. The laundry area is located in the basement with a laundry chute starting on the second floor. Free parking is available for guests.
