Laundromat located on 3rd and 4th floor. Detergent may be purchased at ABC store or Target nearby. Parking for unit is on 5th/top floor of secure garage. Must use fob to open gate (enter and exit). Park in spot designated for unit 1602. Other things to note Please Note: Hawaii requires a General Excise and Transient Accommodation Tax of 18% on the total cost of the room rental rate (cleaning and other fees excluded). This is a separate and different fee from the total that AirBnB presents to the customer. This tax amount is collected on check in and paid on all accommodations with a duration less than 6 consecutive months. Elevator operations may be subject to severe weather conditions and maintenance (scheduled or urgent). However, Unit is accessible via stairwell at all times.
