Enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil room in a beautifully finished basement apartment on a quiet street. The entire basement has 3 bedrooms and this is the smallest room. This listing/booking is for one small bedroom only that comfortably sleeps only one person. The common areas-bathroom, kitchen area and sitting area-are shared among the 3 bedrooms. This is not a listing/booking for the entire basement but for one bedroom only. The space The basement has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a kitchen and sitting area. Guests booking this room will have access to and use the common areas and their one bedroom that has a twin size bed. This is a booking for one room only. The other 2 rooms are used differently-one is listed separately while the other is used by the hosts. Guest access Guests have access to all the common areas and their bedroom. During your stay My husband and I live on the property and are available to help guests settle in. Other things to note We also own the main house which has additional sitting and working spaces and as happy to allow guests access if they request/need. No pets, please.
