You have full use of the main house and cottage house, both equipped with full kitchens, dining area, bedrooms and bathrooms. We call the smaller house the "cottage." It has a full kitchen, a full bath, and two bedrooms. The second house is bigger. It has an open concept living/dining/full kitchen with a half bath attached. On the first level there are two bedrooms and a full bath, and on the second level there are two bedrooms and a full bath. We are on the water! There is easy access to the beach. We have a deck with amazing sunset views. Kayaks are available for a paddle to Polpis harbor. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. It is behind the bigger house. You have to go outside to access it. The outdoor shower is behind the bigger house. It has hot water! Guest access You have access to both houses, the laundry room and outdoor shower.
