The space Property Overview Experience lakeside living at its finest on scenic Long Pond, the largest fully recreational pond in Massachusetts. This East Freetown retreat offers approximately 135 feet of private water frontage, combining comfort, recreation, and convenience less than five minutes from the highway. The home features three bedrooms with a total of six beds, comfortably accommodating families and groups. Relax in the luxury 8x8 hot tub with massage jets, gather around the outdoor Breeo fire pit, or fire up the Weber grill while enjoying views of the water and the beautifully landscaped grounds. Guests can take full advantage of the lake with five kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards, one canoe, and a private dock right on the property (the dock is removed from the water seasonally from October 15th to May 1st). A small 20-by-15 private sand beach provides the perfect place to lounge by the water or let kids play safely along the shore. A public boat ramp is also available nearby for larger watercraft. For land-based fun, six bicycles are available for exploring the area, and several scenic hiking trails are located just minutes away. The property provides ample off-street parking for up to 14 vehicles and includes a detached two-car garage with a Level 2 EV charger. Recreation continues indoors with an adjustable basketball hoop (6–10 ft) and a spacious game room featuring a pool table, tournament-quality foosball table, and darts. The basement area also includes an extra kitchen for added convenience during gatherings. Security Cameras For safety and property security, there are outdoor cameras located in the front yard. They monitor only the exterior areas. No cameras or recording devices are inside the home or in any private spaces. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the main house, basement game room, outdoor areas, private beach, dock (seasonally in the water from May 1st to October 15th), and the fully detached two-car garage with Level 2 EV charger. Nothing on the property is shared — the entire space is exclusively yours during your stay. Other things to note Dock is removed from November 1st to May 1st!
