Perched just 25 feet from the Connecticut River, the property offers a serene water view and a direct line of sight to the iconic Willimansett Bridge connecting Chicopee and Holyoke. This is the last home on a dead end street. The home is about 25 feet from the CT river. Out of that 25 feet about 8 feet is private property and the other 17 feet is city property. It is very normal to see people and their pets go for walks along the CT river which is a walking trail. Bedrooms The Riverview features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms—three on the main floor (Yellow, Black, and Brown bedrooms) and one in the basement (Green bedroom). Simple connection instructions are provided in the house manual. A convenient volume control knob is located next to the living room closet door where the cleaning supplies are stored. Please note that only one device can be connected via Bluetooth at a time. Downstairs, the game room has its own dedicated sound system, giving you a fun, immersive experience—perfect for music, movies, or game nights.
