Pool table, ping pong, board games, badminton, basket ball hoops, home gym, sauna. Remodeled “multi-media” room has a futon and another sleeping lounger that can be available for additional guests. The space Acre of beautiful scenery, three decks, outdoor/indoor activities, great neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. Tons of outdoor space, with views for days with outdoor seating and fire pit. Activities: Pool table, ping pong, board games, badminton, basket ball hoops, home gym, sauna. Remodeled “multi-media” room has a futon and another sleeping lounger that can be available for additional guests. Close to hiking trails, boating, golfing, restaurants and downtown Newton. Guest access Your private area will be the Master Bedroom/Full Bath on the top floor. Kitchen, living room, billiard room, bar, will be shared space. I'm happy to provide as much privacy as needed. My bedroom is in the basement where I spend most of my time home. During your stay I'm happy to provide privacy or hang out with guests that would like to have a good time and meet new people! Other things to note Please note there are two cats in the house who stay in the basement.
