I rent one BR/one BA of my 2BR/2BA condo when I travel. It is well outfitted. Polynesian Shores is a low density ocean front complex with snorkeling out in front. There is a seasonal (summer) small sandy beach, an oceanfront pool, hot tub and barbeque area. It is close to Ka'anapali and Kapalua. This is a small 52 unit complex where people come back year after year. Mine is a second floor walk-up, adding to the view and security. I have a fully equipped kitchen. There are always condiments, spices and often food left for you to enjoy, as well as plastic wraps, etc. If something is low as you are nearing the end of your trip, most replace for the next traveler. The bed is comfortable & queen size. There are coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. Also suntan lotions and aloe for sunburns. The guest has access to the condo and the amenities of the resort. There is a seasonal beach, pool, hot tub, BBQ's, laundry room & one free parking stall. I am available as the guest needs, only a text away. Otherwise, guests will have their privacy. Walking distance from the small Kapalua Airport. You can walk to a few restaurants, health food and grocery store. Beaches & golf courses to the north and south. Seasonal beach out front. Bus stop is in front of the complex. Bus stop in front of the complex going south and a 1/2 block north going north. $2.00 per fare. Small commuter, Kapalua airport is walking distance. Car rentals are about a mile away. Scooter rental 1/2 mile away. If you rent a car from Kahului, join the Express rental as lines can be up to an hour and a half long during peak season.
