For experienced and independent travelers who ask for permission rather than forgiveness. Must recycle, take trash out weekly and clean after yourself daily. The apartment is only cleaned between guests. Shared amenities with up to 2 other guests: bathroom + kitchen Laundry free (you must buy your own detergent) shared with up 4 others. The space You are booking 1 bedroom only, in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, with no shared living room. (this condo is crosslisted, the whole unit of 2 bedroom is available for rent via another listing) Shared eat-in kitchen with utensils and table/chairs, and big pantry, sunset deck, and laundry on the same floor. Keypad access. Video recordings outside. Guest access Shared deck, bath, kitchen, laundry. Clean after yourself, leave how you'd like to find it after another guest. NO ACCESS TO THIRD FLOOR During your stay Limited interaction on site with Host. May see up to 2 other guests on same level. No day or night visitors outside of registered guests added the reservation. DO NOT INTERACT with the neighbors or first floor. Keeping airbnb's impact low is polite and protective of our liberties. Other things to note All guests must be verified on airbnb (5 day process), clear photo of face on profile. Host may be in and out or third party cleaner to help at times. No 24/7 service, including for lockout of apartment or bedroom ($300 is the standard locksmith rate) First, fill parking spot 5 and it's max 8 feet by 16 feet, which may be tight to open doors, so unload before pulling all the way into the marked lines (if 5 is full, parking spot 4 is only for shorter cars). Do not block others while you unload, and don't walk to drive through neighbors yard.
