The space The living area is filled with natural light and offers comfortable seating, a TV, and a dining nook for two. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, making at-home dining seamless and convenient. The bedroom features a queen bed, set against tall inviting windows. A sleek bathroom with heated floors and mirror, along with in-unit laundry and central air conditioning, add everyday ease. Building amenities include an elevator, a secure mailroom, keyless entry, and access to a spacious roof deck with BBQ. Garage parking is available and a dedicated bike room with garage-level access makes commuting straightforward. Other things to note After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay.
