Newer Modern has two rental options for this house. This listing is for lower budget that does not need both levels of this house & is half the house for half the price. During the fall, winter and spring ISU students could ? be upstairs but after May 15th the whole house is available. This price is for the lower level option w/ 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms w/egress windows & 1 double bed in another room) plus a 3/4 bath, large living room with a kitchenette & a dining area.
