Cross the Bourne Bridge and you have arrived at the Canal View Charmer! Perfect for those who want to enjoy all the Cape has to offer without a longer drive. This traditional 3 bedroom/1 bath home is just 500 feet from Cape Cod Canal Bikeway where you can bike, fish, walk, sit, watch the boats and the marine wildlife. Swim at Monument Beach or Mashnee Island Beach, eat seafood at the popular Lobster Trap, and treat yourself at the Whistlestop Ice Cream stand--all within 5 miles from the house! The space The house comfortably sleeps up to 7 people. The bedrooms, living room/dining room, and bathroom are all on one floor—with plenty of space and privacy. The master bedroom, with a queen bed, and second bedroom, with one full and twin bunkbed, are down a quiet hall leading from the kitchen. The third bedroom, with two twin beds, is off a hall leading from the living room. Enjoy cooking meals in the fully-equipped kitchen and eat at the large dining table. There is a smart TV in the living room, along with books, games, and puzzles. Free Wifi is available and fans are located in all bedrooms. The heat is thermostat controlled in the living room. There is off street parking for 2-4 cars. Enjoy the view of the bridge from the Adirondack chairs in the front yard. Beach towels, chairs and a beach umbrella are available. Everything you need for a fun and relaxing getaway! Guest access You will have access to the entire main house and front and back yard, but there is a separate in-law apartment where family members often stay. You and the family members have separate driveway entrances. Other things to note Other important things to note: There are three steps up into the house. This is a non smoking, drug free property. Allergy information: While we are a no pets listing, the owners' dog does occasionally spend time at the home when not rented and may not be suitable for guests with severe pet allergies.
