A peaceful retreat for summer The space A spacious multi-level home offering flexible sleeping arrangements and stunning lake views. The front of the property features a detached two-car garage and additional parking accommodate up to four vehicles. The upper level features two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with two full-size beds, and a full size bathroom. Stair access to a finish attic with a queen-size bed. The home features a full kitchen with high-end appliances, a large island, and an open layout flowing into the living room and glass-enclosed sunroom filled with natural light and sunset lake views. The lower level includes a private king bedroom, a futon for additional sleeping space, and a second full size bathroom. There is also a second kitchen with appliances, walk-out access to the backyard with sand area and a fire pit. Guests have direct access to Sunset Lake. ☀️❄️Seasonal activities✨💦 ❄️Winter❄️ - less than 25 mins away from Wachusetts Ski Resort. Get your first dip of the morning fresh snow on the slope! Snow sledding at the backyard and Ice skating on the frozen lake with stunning views. (Skate equipments are not provided by Host) ☀️Spring /Summer/Fall ☀️- Complementary kayaking and canoeing on Sunset Lake provided by Host. Life vests are available and must be worn all times when engage in water activity for safety. Enjoy and relax near campfire. There is also a bike trail within 5 min drive from the property. ***Guests are responsible for their own safety when engage in activities at the property*** 🍻PARTIES & EVENTS🍻 Due to town regulations, events are not permitted. The property is limited to a maximum of 8 overnight guests and 4 vehicles at any time. This is a family-friendly, non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Sorry but no pet is allowed. Guest access Full access of the property with some exceptions of a couple of owner storage spaces. Other things to note Central heat system with thermostat in the living room to control house temperature.
