Cocoa House

Cocoa House is a cozy base for a lovely summer weekend near a handsome New England town, or for snowy winter adventures. It is about 1/2 mile from the center of Ashfield on a quiet road featuring fields, woods, horses, a public golf course, with nearby hiking and snowshoeing. Berkshire East Ski Area is 25 minutes away. Ashfield Lake and beach is about 3 minutes away. Spacious rooms are decorated with comfortable antique furniture. A large deck overlooks the backyard lawn, gardens and barn. The space The Airbnb is on the first and second floor of a country house. There is also a small currently unoccupied basement apartment with a separate entrance around the back, accessible down the hill on which the house is built. There are three large bedrooms, a dining room that fits 10 guests comfortably, a well as a completely outfitted eat-in kitchen. The living room has a piano, television and a game table. A large picture window overlooks the scenic backyard which is open, grassy, and provides plenty of room to play, edged by a huge raspberry patch. A large furnished private wooden deck spans the back of the house. Guests have access to the entire outside property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire first and second floor. There is no access to the garage or barn, and an additional basement apartment.
