About this place: This is the ideal location to explore the joys of New England particularly during our nation’s 250th anniversary. Although in a rural area the apartment is conveniently positioned at the junction of interstate 495 (North and South) and route 2 (East and West). Historic Concord is 5 minutes away, Lexington 10 minutes and just 25 minutes to Boston (depending on traffic). The space Your base is a newly renovated, completely self-contained 1-2 bedrooms apartment. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a full size futon, TV, fireplace. There is ample closet space throughout the apartment. Private off-road parking and shared access to three patio areas and firepit as well as a children’s play area. Guest access The apartment is completely self-contained and for the exclusive use of the guests. The exterior, including the patios, playground etc is shared spaces with the owners. Other things to note Just a couple of other items to mention, we have a quiet time between 10:30pm - 6am, no overnight visitors who are not part of the AirBnB booking and unfortunately our space is not suitable for pets. No smoking in the apartment please.
