It's time to relax and re-energize yourself. Come stay at this cute studio apartment located just off I-15, in the heart of Boulder and easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Airbnb fees are included. We are located close to Boulder Hot Springs, Health Mines, and ghost towns. Lots of outdoor recreational activities for fishing, hunting, off-roading, hiking and cycling. Helena and Butte are 30 miles away for shopping, fantastic eateries and cultural experiences. The space Experience a little bit of camping and a little bit of home comfort..... Our studio cottage is a one-room wonder which features a partial kitchenette area with minifridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and necessary utensils. There is no sink or stove inside. A bar height table with usb port and electrical outlets makes your time productive for any work-related projects. There are 2 beds for your comfortable night stay. If only one person is booking, a bed can be folded up for extra floor space. There are a portable fan and heater for those either cool or hot nights. For your outdoor adventure, the Throne Room is located at the back of the main house. Interesting interior includes the toilet, sink with towels, soap, The sink also provides potable water for drinking, and other uses. **There is no shower and no hot water. **For cyclists, we do offer a covered shed to shelter your bicycles and a water hose for cleaning. Jefferson County Biking Trail maps from AllTrails are available on site. An outdoor kitchen with prep table, camp stove and some cooking utensils are available for use. To complete your evening, enjoy the deck with outdoor table/chairs, lounging chair, sit back, relax and view the stars.... Guest access There is a place to park your vehicle at the front of the house If you arrive with bicycles, you may bring them inside the property next to the cottage. There is a roofed enclosure where you may park your bikes for protection. **The deck and outdoor kitchen will be shared with the Host. Other things to note The studio is best for 2 people. If you're part of a hiking/cycling group of up to three people, and you have tents ,or we can provide a tent, those can be set up on the premises at an additional cost. Please contact the host for additional information. There's no showers available on site. Check out Boulder Hot Springs just down the road and enjoy soaking time with showers. If you are interested, we do offer a package deal for the Boulder Hot Springs admission. Please contact host for information. This site is not ADA compliant. No smoking, vaping, or any alcohol use. No pets. **There will be a $30 fee for key replacement if keys are not returned.
