The Hidden Gem

Welcome to The Hidden Gem found in a quiet, cozy, little neighborhood in Waverly, IA. A perfect little home for traveling professionals or families! Close to downtown shopping, eating, bike trails, and more! Close to Wartburg College! The space Home was fully renovated in 2024-2025 and furnished with all brand new furnishings throughout. Where you will sleep: -Main floor: 2 bedrooms-both with queen size beds & 1 full bathroom (including bathtub) -Lower level: 1 bedroom with (2) full-size beds & 1 full bathroom (shower stall-no bathtub) -High Speed Internet for working remotely or to stream your favorite shows on the smart TVs. (Televisions found in the living room and each bedroom) Guest access Guests will access the home via keypad. Each guest will be provided with their own personalized passcode for their visit. Other things to note Provided: -Paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, cleaning supplies -Bath towels, washcloths, toilet paper -Wall mounted & locked Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash dispenser -Stocked kitchen with all necessary amenities -Stocked coffee bar with KCUPS and standard drip coffee Policies: -Absolutely NO smoking or vaping allowed inside the home. Any sign of such activity will result in a $250 fee. -Additional cleaning fee may be applied for the removal of hazardous waste; Vomit, feces, blood, urine, etc. This fee will be determined on a case by case basis with a minimum of a $100 fee. -Absolutely NO tampering of locks, security cameras, or wifi as this will result in immediate termination of stay with NO refund. -Please clean up after your pets using the provided disposable baggies. If there are any signs of pet mess being left by the guest there may be an additional cleaning fee applied.
