It offers a comfortable and roomy retreat featuring: - First bedroom: king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom - Second bedroom: Queen bed - Third bedroom(loft): Full size bed - Living room: Sofa sleeper bed Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your stay! It's equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, drip coffee pot, and dishwasher. We've also provided an array of pots, pans, plates, and utensils, as well as a patio grill for your outdoor cooking needs. A generous living room with a gas fireplace and comfy leather couches adds warmth and ambiance. The condo also includes a flat-screen TV for entertainment and access to a private balcony. The dining area features a spacious dining table that can comfortably seat six guests, making it ideal for family meals or entertaining. The Condo is equipped with a convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Easily handle laundry needs during their stay. Guest access • Our property offers convenient self-check-in for a hassle-free arrival experience. • If you arrive after hours, you will need to let us know to receive specific after-hours check-in instructions • Guests have exclusive access to the condo. The resort amenities are shared with other guests in the building. Other things to note • The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age and present a name on photo ID. • Please note that check-in time begins at 5:00 PM. • The suite is in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit. The exact unit is assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the unit assigned. All the units are under joint management and have similar furnishings, decor, and design. • Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy. · Some items you will need to bring: salt, pepper, ground coffee, sugar, etc., and Your favorites: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, etc. · Stairs are required to access the condo, it is located on an upper level, making stair access necessary. TIP: Leave early to beat the crowds; arriving around 7:15 am means no wait to get in.
