In winter, the frozen lake becomes your playground for ice skating, ice fishing, and pond hockey. No matter the season, unwind by the water and take in the beautiful, peaceful lake views. As you arrive at the cottage, you’ll immediately notice its unbeatable location right on the water. The property features a spacious parking area that accommodates up to four vehicles. Enter through the main front door and step into a warm, welcoming kitchen—fully equipped with everything you need for everyday cooking, meal prep, and easy entertaining. Step into an open-concept living area ideal for relaxing evenings. 3 Bunk beds, a full bathroom on the first floor, and a queen sleeper in the living room. The living room opens onto a spacious deck, offering breathtaking water views and a perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee or watching sunsets. A spiral staircase leads to the lower level, where you'll find an additional bedroom and a half bath. The lower level/Master bedroom also boasts a covered patio with direct access to the water, making it easy to enjoy swimming, kayaking, or fishing right from your backyard. Guests have direct access to the lake and can use the kayaks and canoes on the property. Life Preservers, fishing poles, and flotation devices are on the property for the guests to use and enjoy. The Float dock is a fun place to jump and swim off in the summer. During the winter months, we do leave the kayak/canoe out as long as possible. As long as the lake isn't frozen over, you are welcome to use them. Other things to note Guest access ➤ Check-In/Out Details: Easy self-check-in with a digital smart lock. Check in after 3 PM and check out by 11 AM. ➤Before leaving, please take out your garbage and lock the doors. All garbage must be in bags and disposed of in the bins outside the home. ➤ Safety Features: Your safety is our top priority. Our home has one outward-facing nest camera in the driveway, and a Ring doorbell is also at the front of the property. ➤ Washer/Dryer: We don't offer a washer/dryer due to a tight tank into which all water drains. However, a laundry mat is less than 7 minutes away. ➤ House Rules: Treat our home like you would a close friend or family member’s. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home, and pets are not permitted. ➤ Neighbors: Please be respectful of our neighbors. This is a lake community with close houses.
