All the dishes, utensils and other necessary equipment is provided. A table and two chairs complete the dining space. BATHROOM/LAUNDRY has spacious shower and large towels. Essentials such as soap and shampoo are provided as well as amenities for makeup removal. Hair dryer available. First aid kit below sink. A washer/dryer is available for convenience. MAIN SPACE combines living room and bedroom. It has an oversized chair and smart tv with rack. The TV is mounted on the wall with an articulated arm to be seen from any part of the studio. A comfortable queen bed centers the room with comforter and 4 pillows. Extra blankets available. A clothing rack completes the space. All windows have black out shades to provide privacy and block sun light. You will have the entire space for yourself. Unit is fit for a maximum of two guests. You are free to use the outdoor sitting area, but please refrain from going on the backyard, as it’s our private space. HOUSE RULES - No marijuana, cigar or cigarette smoking allowed on the property. - No loud noise after 10pm, as we take into consideration our neighbors. Other things to note The house has three living spaces. The owners are in the main house (red door), and the studio is a separate in-law quarters (yellow door). Each living space has its own designated partying spot and colored-entry door. The blue door leads to another Airbnb studio upstairs.
