Beach Paradise

Great ocean front condo, adjacent to sandy beach. Whitewater view, fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Easy walk to downtown - no car needed! Fully equipped unit including snorkeling gear. Pool, hot tub, outdoor barbecue. King bed and sofa convertible to full bed. Price per night includes all taxes, so compare! The space Many Kailua-Kona condos are across Alii Drive from the ocean. Our complex is right on the beach. Being a unit at the end of our building, we have windows on the east side of the entire condo and this brings in more air and light. Some units only have a front door and lanai doors with virtually no side windows. Easy access: we are one of the closest units to the garage and pool entry gate which is a big plus. We are on the 2nd floor which provides better views of the beach and more privacy. The lanai is fully shaded in the afternoon and we have a ceiling fan on the lanai, which most but not all units have.
