Nestled in the Shady Grove neighborhood with access to the neighborhood library, community center and Mike Woods Memorial park (30-acre park featuring a pool, playgrounds, pavilions, picnic areas, tennis courts, and a disc golf). Close to Barksdale Air Force Base, Brookshire Grocery Arena, restaurants, and a Walmart. The space Private guesthouse! Has its own entrance and parking right off the main road. The guesthouse features a queen bed in the large bedroom, queen pull-out bed in the living room, and will also come with an additional queen air mattress if needed. Full kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, 1 bathroom (shower/tub), dining area, and living room. Traveling with a trailer or multiple vehicles? No problem. Parking available! Just let me know. Guest access You’ll have access to your own small/enclosed backyard and your own private entrance to the guesthouse. Other things to note Unfortunately I am not able to accommodate cats.
