This house is amazingly appointed with a designer's eye indeed! Located on the main drag." The private lakeside lawn, pier, pagoda and boat slips are townhome development common areas available to all the homeowners and their guests. Our registered guests can share these spaces along with other community owner's and guests. Boat slips/docking space is limited and on first come/first serve basis. Usually space is not an issue, but it can be on major summer holidays. Our guests are usually able to bring or rent one (1) boat, prior approval required. Other things to note You can expect and the other townhome owners demand a family-friendly, quiet, peaceful experience at the lake, free of rowdy behavior, loud talk and music, noisy commotion or late-night parties. ★★★★★ "This charming condo has stunning views of False River. The house and accommodations made us “Bee Happy” for sure!" Bee Happy is situated on the water in south Louisiana. Professional pest control is employed. But bugs, gnats, gekkos, lizards, mosquitos, spiders, birds, alligators, minks, snakes and other native species are part of life on the lake. It is inevitable that spider webs and bird poop will show up in outdoor porches shortly after cleaning. We even spotted a gator nearby. The hosts were amazing to work with." If problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one is living on-site 24/7. New Roads is a small town in a rural area, and it may not be feasible to address certain maintenance issues quickly, especially on weekends and holidays. ★★★★★ "The home is gorgeous, has A/C that works like a charm (thank goodness b/c we came during a heat wave), and decorated SO cute."
