Bedroom #2 - 2 Bunk Beds | 4 Total Beds The upstairs bunk room includes two sturdy bunk beds providing four total beds. A Smart TV is included with streaming capabilities. Bedroom #3 - Basement | 2 Queen Beds The lower-level bedroom includes two queen beds and a private Smart TV. Guest access Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested at any time, but approval can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure. There is a per-hour fee for early check-in or late check-out. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is a $300 penalty. Other things to note You are staying in a residential area, and we kindly ask that you respect the community and your neighbors. Quiet Hours are in place from 9pm - 9am, and parties or events are strictly prohibited. The home’s maximum capacity is 10 registered guests. All guests are required to be registered and guests are subject to additional screening. No pets allowed, and no smoking in the apartment; there is a $500 penalty for violation. We provide basic amenities such as toiletries, paper towels, and cleaning detergents, to get you started but if you’re planning on an extended stay or staying with a larger group, we recommend picking up what you need for the duration of your stay. Refills and replenishment of toiletries is not included. We can provide restocking for an additional fee. Upon arrival, should you notice any damage or anything broken, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate repair arrangements can be made. Any unreported damage will result in damage fees, automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to Airbnb. Lost keys is a charge of $250.
