Our Cheshire home is nestled on an idyllic 4-acre property and features a gigantic 50’x25’ pool, large hot tub, fire pit and more. Located in the heart of the Berkshires, local attractions such as Tanglewood, skiing at Jiminy Peak, and MASS MoCA are only a short-drive away. The space Overview: Escape to this spacious Berkshires retreat featuring 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and multiple common areas. Perfect for gathering families and friends to relax in the oversized private pool, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy the large porches with BBQ and in-ceiling speakers. Unique architectural touches, multiple living spaces, fireplace and a dedicated office and kids’ playroom make this home versatile for work, play, and gatherings. Sleeping Arrangements: Master (1st floor): King bed, en-suite bathroom Bedrooms 2–6 (2nd floor): King, Queen, Queen, Full, Full and Twin Bunk beds. Additional 3rd Floor Spaces: Office “Eagle’s Nest”. Den/kids’ playroom with TV, toys, and lounge areas. Main Living Areas: Living room with large windows overlooking the yard Dining area with table for group meals 12+ Fully equipped kitchen with two ovens Laundry room Outdoor & Amenities: Large porches with BBQ and seating Hot tub and resort-style pool Multiple areas for relaxing Firepit Parking: Up to 6–7 vehicles on the U-shaped drive and side parking Other things to note Driveway: Even though our driveway is flat and the home is easily accessible, it is always helpful to have 4WD to drive in the area in the winter. Pets: Pups are welcome with a $100 for one dog, $150 for two pups, and $200 for three. If you plan on bringing more than three pups, please reach out to us as additional approval may be required. We ask that dogs are kept on a leash while outside the property and about the neighborhood, for everyone's comfort. Please remember to clean up after your pets and mind that additional fees for pup-related damages may apply! Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Finally, unfortunately we cannot host cats or other furry animals due to potential allergy issues. Heat and air conditioning: There are steam radiators for heat and AC window units at the house. Please mind that cooling is seasonal. For the fireplace, we typically leave a few logs to get you started! Outdoor pool: The pool typically opens after Memorial Day and closes around the beginning of October. Please mind that pool availability may change, depending on weather conditions! The hot tub outside fits 6 guests comfortably! Coffee maker: There's a 12-cup drip pot coffee maker at the house. Strict no smoking, no parties, no fireworks. Please mind the noise ordinance in Town is 10 PM. Other house rules will be on arrival guide. Please mind that you must be 25 years old to book, and at least one person 25 years old must remain during the stay. Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy.
