This serene outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or an evening of grilling. With plenty of comfortable seating and a hardwire propane grill ready for your favorite meals, it is the ideal spot to relax, reconnect, and take in the natural beauty of Hayden’s Pond—framed by tall pines and open sky. HOT TUB Just below the patio and accessible from both the deck stairs and the walk-out basement, you will find our inviting hot tub open year round with seating for six. KAYAK TREE - 3 Single Kayaks, 1 Double Kayak (2 Seater) with Paddles - Life Jackets: 4 Adult, 4 Kids, 2 Extra Large (stored in storage bin next to the hot tub. *Pack-N-Play & Booster chair available. Guest access Guests have full access to the home and outdoor space except for the garage and 2 locked owner’s closets. Entry to the home is provided by an electronic keypad on the front door. The keypad code is provided in your check-in email. Guests have private access to Hayden's Pond directly behind our home. Other things to note -We provide necessities for your stay – toilet paper, paper towels, towels, coffee, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, some cooking spices, salt and pepper. -Washer and Dryer (laundry detergent) provided for your use during your stay. - 2.5 Hour Drive from New York City - 2.5 Hour drive from Boston. -located off main road allowing easy access. **For the winter months, please note that the road to the house is dirt/gravel so prepare for any inclement weather and ensure your vehicle can handle it. We recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle when traveling to the area during winter months. We have a plow service that will clear the property for anything over 3" of snowfall. We have ice melt & shovels available for all winter guests. -Street Noise: Depending on the time of day (especially on busy weekends), there can be some street noise in the front of the house. That said, the back is peaceful, with beautiful views and a relaxing setup. -In rare occasions when drought conditions are present in the area, the water levels in the pond may be too low to kayak and the water may not be as pictured due to low water levels. Lake: The lake is peaceful and perfect for kayaking. It’s a bit shallow and filled with lily pads, so it's better suited for paddling than swimming. -Music: Feel free to bring a portable speaker if you'd like to enjoy music—there isn’t one at the house currently. -Sunblock & Bug Spray: We’re surrounded by nature and sun—both beautiful and bold! Don’t forget to pack sunblock and bug spray so you can fully enjoy the outdoor spaces in comfort. -Bunk Room: It’s designed with kids in mind. While adults can sleep in the full-size bed, the lower bunk has limited headroom and may feel a bit tight for grown-ups.
