Guests have access to the main living areas of the home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, deck, hot tub, and outdoor areas. Guests are welcome to access the designated guest shelf inside the detached garage, where you’ll find outdoor games and recreational equipment for your stay. The garage is not available for vehicle parking. The barn, basement, and any locked storage areas or owner cabinets are private and are not included in guest access. Other things to note • This is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. • The Riverhouse is located on a quiet gravel road. Please drive slowly and be respectful of our neighbors. • The property overlooks the Mississippi River. Children should be supervised outdoors at all times.
