The space The house has been renovated to feature 3 larger than average bedrooms, one bathroom and an open floor plan encompassing the kitchen, dining room and living room. The house as a whole is about 1100 square feet. The backyard features two decks, one with a shaded pergola and another with 8 person picnic table, grill and "love-swing". From there step out to catch the breeze on the dock while enjoying the water beneath your feet. When "5 o'clock" comes gather around the backyard bar shed for drinks with friends and family. Guest access The house and everything between the gates is yours. Small parties (13 people and under) are permitted until 10PM. Boats are welcome to tie up to the dock. Other things to note Welcome to our piece of LBI history. Built in 1964 as a little beach bungalow it's been home to 4 generations of our family. Now we'd like to share what we've been lucky enough to enjoy for 60+ years. Use our SUP to cruise the lagoon or our foam boards to catch some waves at the beach ( just minutes away). Many flowers, fruits and herbs were planted over the years so something pretty (and often edible) will usually be on display while you choose between the 2 backyard decks, dock and bar.
