The first floor has a few small local businesses, and all five residential apartments are on the second floor (please note: no elevator). The residential area has a private entrance, and there is tenant parking available right by the building. The apartment faces a busy street, so you may hear some daytime noise. There is also a fitness gym directly below the unit, and occasionally you might hear light music or the energizing “one, two, three… push!” during workout sessions. When you enter the apartment, you step right into the kitchen, which leads to the main living area with a comfortable bed, kitchen table, and armchair. The unit also features a walk-in closet for plenty of storage, and a washer/dryer neatly tucked into the corner for your convenience. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower, sink, and toilet. Other things to note Things to Be Aware Of: The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator. Parking by the building is available, but sometimes it can be occupied by customers from the businesses on the first floor. Street parking is available as an alternative. Noise Disclaimer: Please note that this apartment is located in a multi-unit building with thin floors and ceilings, which means sound travels easily between levels. The windows face a busy street, so you may hear typical daytime traffic, horns, and street noise. A small, popular private fitness gym is located directly below the apartment. You may hear music, bass, workout sounds, occasional thumps, or booms — especially in the early mornings when the gym opens (as early as 5:30–6:00 AM). The gym makes reasonable efforts to keep noise low before 7:00 AM, but some background sound is inherent to a working fitness facility. If you are a light sleeper or need complete quiet in the early mornings, this property may not be the best fit. We provide high-quality earplugs for guest comfort and recommend using them if needed. By booking this listing, you acknowledge and accept the potential for these noises. Hallway lighting: The main hallway lights turn on automatically at 8 PM.
