Welcome to our Craigville retreat, close walk (0.3 mi) to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape. We are close to other beaches, ferry to Islands, food, hiking/kayaking/biking, Melody tent. You’ll love it because of the loction and lots of natural light. If you want to stay in-enjoy private fenced backyard w/ fire pit, porch furniture and a hammock. Stocked with all you need to relax. We can host one dog. *Read/Agree to Pet policy bfr booking w dog* The space Feel free to use all spaces and items in the house and in the yard. For your after beach enjoyment, we have installed a brand new cedar outdoor shower. We have a large open common area with living room, kitchen, dining and sunroom where your family and friends can hang out together. This open area is cooled off by air conditioner so guests can stay in during those hot July and August afternoons. We have remote operated ceiling fans in three out of the four bedrooms and window a/c in all 4 bedrooms. Our bedrooms are isolated from each other allowing guests for privacy. The backyard acts as an additional living room: it is fully fenced, it has a porch with furniture and umbrella, gas grill and fire pit area as well as a shady area under the grapevine. We hope you enjoy! All of it is close to the beach (0.3 miles to Cowell/Craigville beach area). We welcome dogs if you promise to leave the house and the yard clean and follow the listing pet policy. Guest access You can access house through the side door with a lock pad. The code will be set up for every rental party and emailed prior to your check in. This is the only door that locks from inside and outside. The sliding doors in the sun room, dining room and master bedroom lock from inside only. Please lock them before exiting the house through the side door. The host is not present at the check in. The shed is open, please feel free to use items in the shed. It contains beach wagon, toys, beach chairs as well as pillows for outdoor furniture. Please put everything back in the shed before departure for our next guest enjoyment. Locked closets in master bedroom contain owners belongings. Guests cannot use the indoor fireplace under any circumstances. Other things to note At least one renter in the party has to be 24 year old or older. No more than 6 medium size cars are allowed on the driveway.
