The Apartment: - Luxury Two Bedrooms apartment. - 1x Queen bed, 1x King bed as well as a full size sofa bed. - Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. - 2 full bathrooms. - Fully equipped kitchen. - Flexible self check-in process. - Washer and dryer inside. The Building: - There are two rooftops in the building. - Gym is available from 7AM until 10PM Parking Information: - No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking. - Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging. Check-In Details: - Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation. - Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal. - Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal. - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute. Pets: - Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Additional Notes: - The apartment is located in a busy area, you may encounter street noise. - This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy. - For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $4,500 refundable security deposit is required. - As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking. - We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking. - A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building. - This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.
