Welcome to our modern, peaceful riverfront home. Located on the banks of the Delaware River, this home is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of every day life while still being a short drive to restaurants, wineries, shopping, and more. With room for 5 guests, everyone will have space to spread out and relax in the Riegelsville/Milford area. The space Upon entering the home, you will be welcomed to a open concept living room and kitchen with a wall of windows providing unobscured views of the deck and river. A full kitchen will make cooking a breeze and mealtime a live show as you watch the sunset over the trees. Just off the kitchen is the upper deck with a propane grill and access to the side, fenced in yard. Down the steps is access to the river. Please use caution navigating the steps down and use the handrails. Upstairs are two bedrooms - the master features a Queen sized bed with views of the river and a sleek modern on-suite bath. The second bedroom has two full sized beds and a twin bed for the younger guests. A hall bath with shower/tub combo finishes out this level. In the basement is a full sized washer and dryer if needed during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note Parking for the home is directly across the street - please park along the wooden retaining wall and not past the shed to the left. This is a riverfront property, river access is provided for your enjoyment; however, guests assume all risk. The hosts are not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring on or near the river.
