Very clean with BBQ, NEW Pool and free parking onsite! 10 min to Kaanapali/Napili. Not a resort, but great unit for happy travelers! The space Sweet and comfortable! We loved making this space! Designed to make you feel at ease and at home. High quality mattress in main bedroom and an extra European style/converitble "softline sleeper sofa" can be used as 2 twins or one king. We find it much more comfortable than a pullout mattress. The kitchen is ready for your Maui fresh delights! We have stocked it with a Breville Juicer, Vitamix blender, French Press and full set of All-Clad pans. Unit offers playful art and lots of privacy. Beach chairs and extra beach towels provided. Property has two outdoor BBQ grills. Park directly across the street is a favorite of turtles. It has picnic tables and playground on the water. Guest access Full access to entire unit. Pool and Laundry on grounds. Great Parking spot that is off the street. Ample parking for extra guests near road. Other things to note We have a great rack full of guide books, coupons and menus compiled for you. You are welcome to take beach towels, chairs, masks, snorkels and cooler bag out of the unit to the pool or beach but please be sure to return them so that they are available to future guests! The floor is essentially bullet proof but please keep sandy and wet items off of the furniture. There are hooks and laundry bins throughout the condo. Please use them!!! Please take all trash out and do all dishes when you leave to prevent pests from visiting. There's great food, a pool and Netflix if you just need a day at home. We respect and care about our neighbors. Please be reasonable with noise and anything that may be disruptive. ** please note!
