The 579-sq-ft apartment is located on the top (third) floor of a quiet building and is accessed by stairs only, providing extra privacy and a peaceful atmosphere away from street noise. The space is compact but thoughtfully designed, featuring a small living room, a dedicated workspace, a functional bedroom, a full bathroom, and an eat-in kitchen stocked with everyday essentials. High-speed internet, air conditioning, and parking make it easy to work, relax, and come and go with ease. The living room sofa converts into a comfortable queen-size bed, allowing the apartment to sleep up to four guests. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed, TV, air conditioning, ample closet space, and extra pillows and blankets for a restful stay. The eat-in kitchen seats four and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, 12-cup drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and basic condiments. The full bathroom features essential toiletries and a convenient in-unit combo washer/dryer, allowing you to handle laundry without leaving the apartment. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Guests may also enjoy the outdoor BBQ grill located near the rear entrance—perfect for a relaxed meal outdoors. The condo is just minutes from the I-90/I-95 interchange and an easy walk to Moody Street’s restaurants, cafés, shops, and riverfront paths. While centrally located, the unit itself is tucked away from the main road, making it a quiet and private place to unwind at the end of the day. House rules To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone in the building, parties and events are not permitted, and guests are asked to respect condo quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the unit. Please note that pets are not permitted in this condo. Check-in & host availability Enjoy easy self check-in using a lockbox; the code will be shared a couple of days before your arrival. While I won’t be on-site for check-in, I’m always available by message if you have any questions during your stay. Guest access Enjoy easy, contactless self check-in using the keys in the lockbox. The access code will be shared with you a couple of days before your stay. Other things to note The in-unit washer/dryer combo will automatically unlock once the cycle is complete. Please do not force the door, as this may damage the handle. To avoid tripping the circuit breaker, please do not run the wall air conditioner and microwave at the same time. If the breaker does trip, it can be reset at the breaker panel located to the right, just in front of the bathroom. House rules • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (no parties or events) • No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit or common areas • No pets allowed Before you leave • Please wash any used kitchen items (pots, pans, dishes, etc.) • Please bring all personal trash to the dumpster in the parking lot • Close all windows and lock the unit door • Return the keys to the lockbox and secure it • Any damages or issues must be reported during your stay
