300 on Abigail

Welcome to 300 on Abigail -- a stylishly furnished retreat in the heart of Waukee. This inviting home offers modern comfort with cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspaces, and thoughtfully designed living spaces. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, it's perfect for relaxing stays while keeping you close to local shops, dining, and trails. A warm welcoming getaway where elevated comfort meets lasting memories. The space Step inside and make yourself at home! Our 4-bedroom, 3-bath retreat is designed for comfort, work, and play. The primary bedroom has a cozy king bed, while two upstairs bedrooms each offer full beds and the downstairs bedroom has a queen. You’ll find a bright living room upstairs and a large family room downstairs, complete with toys, games, and a kid-sized craft table for little ones. Each bedroom (except the primary) has its own workspace, and just outside the primary is a dedicated office with a monitor, whiteboard, and printer—perfect if you need to stay connected. Head out to the big deck and you’ll see why we love it here: a 60”+ outdoor TV, high-end propane grill, and plenty of seating for everyone. The kids can run straight to the Rainbow playset in the backyard, or explore the nearby natural playscape and community park. When it’s pool season (Memorial Day–Labor Day), you’ll have access to the neighborhood pool—we’ll provide beach towels and the key fob. Want a cozy evening? Pull out the Solo Stove fire pit from the garage and gather under the stars. Inside, unwind by one of our two fireplaces, whip up a meal in the large kitchen with plenty of counter space, or enjoy a cup of coffee from the complimentary coffee bar. This home reflects our love of science, space exploration, and martial arts—and we hope you’ll feel the same mix of inspiration and relaxation during your stay. Guest access You’ll have access to all finished areas of the home, including the upstairs living spaces, basement family room, all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and the deck. One interior garage parking space is also available for your use. The unfinished utility room remains locked, but we’ll gladly provide access if a breaker trips or if any maintenance needs arise during your stay.
