Kick back and relax in this calm, private, newly built studio cottage. Conveniently located halfway in between Hilo and Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park. All paved roads except 1/4 mile drive down our maintained lava road. It's essentially a modern studio with a outdoor covered Lanai. Guest are welcome to enjoy the privacy of the entire house that is surrounded by the lush rain forest. Guest access Entire rental house is accessible. We do have multiple dogs in a fenced area up at our main house. Please refrain from approaching our main house to reduce unnecessary dog barking. 🐕 Main house is located 500' from the rental. Other things to note Please note this cottage does utilize a water catchment system we mainly use for potable water. There is a Culligan hot / cold water dispenser with great tasting, sterilized water in the unit.
