The space Our Little Red Barn is located in the country, ten minutes to Cedar Falls or Waterloo, about one mile on a gravel road. It’s a peaceful location, but the gravel is dusty when it hasn’t rained for a bit. Your car may get dusty or dirty. There is a small garage in the barn that you can use. It does not fit large vehicles unfortunately. You can be the judge if you want to park inside. There will be garage door opener on the table you can take when you come and go. Thank you! Guest access You are free to roam anywhere on the property. In the shop there is also a pool table and fooseball table you are more than welcome to use. PLEASE make yourself at home. If you are not already family, you will be after your visit. Other things to note The hot water is an on-demand system, which means it only turns on when there is demand for hot water. I LOVE these systems because you never run out of hot water. Their downfall is that it takes a minute for the water to get hot. Thank you for your patience. The longer you leave it on, the hotter it will get. You will receive a code to unlock the front door, but we leave it open when you are going to arrive. So you can just come right in. There is a key on the kitchen table if you don’t want to enter the code. The hot tub is now available year round 24/7/365! This hot tub is 2-3 person and private located in the back patio area of the barn. The temperature is set to 101 degrees, and can easily be adjusted. Instructions are located on the wall near the hot tub. Enjoy!
