Guests are not permitted to use bleach based products in our home and are not permitted to use any peroxide based facial creams etc. Guests are fully responsible for all stains, damages missing items bleaching of anything etc. Guests will be charged $150 for lost keys and or lock out service. No AC. No elevator. No smokers vaping or tobacco use permitted or welcome. No pets. We do not accept reservation requests outside of this platform. Absolute Ocean Front Unit! Welcome to Hale Kamaka Honu on the bay at the Sea Village in beautiful Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. This impeccable designer home is located in the only 'true ocean front building in the Sea Village complex. Island Elegance best describes our home. Relax to the sounds of the ocean throughout our unit and watch the Humpback whales (in season) and resident spinner dolphins (possible daily sightings) from your private lanai. As each evening approaches, be prepared to view the most spectacular sunsets in all of Kona and if you are lucky enough you will be rewarded with seeing the famous 'green flash' as the sun drops below the horizon. Our home will meet the needs of the most discriminating guest. No detail has been overlooked - two TVs, high quality linens, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen. For the truly adventurous, world class snorkeling and diving are just steps from our unit. Resident Manta Rays, dolphins, reef fish and sea turtles at every turn in waters so clear, visibility often exceeds 150 feet. Walk to town and enjoy all that Kona has to offer. All of your activity rentals are available here. You will find snorkel-dive gear, paddle-surf boards, bicycle-motorcycle rentals along with guided tours / lessons for surfing or paddleboarding, parasailing, whale watching, boat dives, volcano tours, deep sea fishing and swimming with the dolphins - each activity more tempting than the last! While in town, visit sights such as the Queens Palace and gardens, the historic Old Kona Inn, or just relax and people watch from the sea wall. Kona has no shortage of eclectic shopping for everyone on your souvenir list. From world class art galleries to island inspired clothing, you wont leave empty handed. Kona offers oceanfront dining and entertainment sure to please all. Although casual dining is the rule in Kona, five star dinning is just a short 25 mile drive towards the Kohala Coast. With these views and location, you won't want to leave! The Sea Village provides a great central location to all of Kona and points North and South as well as the Hilo side of the island. The Sea Village is a family friendly property but still maintains great privacy for couples seeking that intimate get away! We have had a presence in Kailua Kona for over 20 years. We understand the unique needs of travelers and families coming to Hawaii and strive to provide the best experience possible while staying in our home. Queen size Beds (1) The highest quality memory foam queen bed with carved banana leaf headboard is featured in the master. The master on-suite bathroom boasts all new everything - designer glass tiles, granite count top, solid cherry vanity. Enjoy your personal flat screen TV or just relax to the sounds of the ocean., Twin or Single Beds (1) Serta twin mattresses with beautiful island style details are featured in the guest bedroom. Wake to breathtaking ocean views on the lanai. We have provided everything you need and anything you did not know you needed but will love having access to. No expense was spared in ensuring our home is fully stocked with every gadget and accessory we could think of. High quality bed linens and extra bath towels provided. There are also ample beach towels provided. Two flat screen TV's (master and living room). On on-site lending library of books is available just outside the resident manager office. Beautiful renovated pool deck with ample chairs, tables and loungers. The pool is absolute ocean front with views that can not be beat. The ocean front community hot tub is highly maintained and a fun gathering place for residents and guests alike. Your private lanai boasts 180+ degree views of the Kona coast. Look directly below and you will see less than 10' of barrier between the mighty Pacific and our building. Outdoor dining seating is provided on the lanai. We have included every imaginable amenity in our home so that you dont have to do anything but arrive with just your swim suit, flip flops and sunglasses! Once you experience the outstanding location, extras and views, you will be hooked. Our goal is to ensure your stay is memorable and in keeping with the tradition and spirit of Aloha, while our guest in the Sea Village. We hope that you will love our home as much as we do! Guest access Guests may have access to the community BBQs, pool and spa /note we do not control closures or maintenance requirements related to the common areas including pool, spa and BBQ areas. We do not allow or accept more than four guests Other things to note We are in full compliance with the state of Hawaii STVR rules and have registered our property per current laws and regulations. We do not allow more than 4 guests under any circumstances per the HOA CCRS. Hawaii style - guests must remove shoes prior to entering our home. No footwear on the area rugs. Any and all damages identified resulting from guest activities including stains to anything, any missing contents will be charged to the guest.
