We treat for these pests as do all hotels and condos in Hawaii. However, they do creep in and we cannot guarantee you will not encounter any in the unit. Our extremely low rates are adjusted to compensate for the elevator renovations. As such, the elevators experience a significantly higher number of service calls and actual downtime than normal elevators. Whenever one of the elevators goes down for service, residents will experience higher waiting times. There have been temporary occasions where both elevators are not working for a while. Please take this into consideration when making your reservation. Other things to note Hawaii has a tropical environment and Hawaii therefore has bugs. We continually treat for pests as do hotels and condos in Hawaii. However, these pests occasionally will enter regardless of our efforts. They fly into and they attach to objects brought into houses and rental units. We cannot guarantee that you will not encounter any bugs or insects during your stay. We will not refund any rental funds based on pest complaints.
