You are under no obligation to attend any sales activity :) - PLEASE NOTE for most dates, due to high reservation demand, owners almost always pre-reserve units a year in advance where the reservation is 7 nights long with check-in on Fri, Sat, or Sun. - NOTE If you desire check-in and/or check-out Mon thru Thur, we can coordinate any available additional reservation for the nights which are in addition to the 7 night reservation. HOWEVER the rate for additional reservation MAY be at a substantially higher nightly rate than shown for this listing. - NOTE If you ask for check in Mon-Fri or more than 7 nights, you will PROBABLY have MORE THAN ONE resort reservation. If we provide more than one resort reservation for the SAME unit type, you might change units. This has only happened once in 11 years when the reservation was made more than 2 months in advance. Guests asking to book less than a month before arrival are about 30% likely to change units, and bookings for Christmas and New Years usually require a change in units if we provide an additional reservation of a few nights HOWEVER if you book two traditional weeks far enough in advance you will probably remain in the same unit. - We pre-reserve non ADA units - ALSO if you request a stay which is fewer than 7 nights, there will be times when the only way to provide a unit is via a pre-reserved 7 night reservation. This is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath timeshare condo at an oceanfront resort. It sleeps 4 adults comfortably (One King-sized bed and one sofa bed). Government Covid restrictions will impact available amenities during your stay. During Covid this resort did not close. Expect any Covid related impact on your trip, due to the government or your personal health, these impacts are unlikely to affect our ability to provide the lodging and thus you are traveling at your own risk ... basically Covid is with us for life, possibly a more serious impact than the flu, other illness, accident, or weather impact on airplanes... but part of known risks when traveling.
