We are centrally located smack between Harvard & MIT! (The crossing streets are Bigelow Street and Massachusetts Avenue). Our studio apartment is always professionally cleaned and spotless for your arrival. The studio apartment is on the ground floor and has it's own private completely separate entrance off the street and is accessible by key code. Our 400 sq. foot studio is a great space for a single person or a couple for a few days (anymore than that would be too close quarters as it's a tiny space). We've built a custom ceiling hanging queen loft bed (see photos) which is only accessible by ladder. Please look at the photos before you book to make sure you're OK with sleeping in a loft bed. Below is also a queen size sofa-bed which you're more than welcome to use if the height of a loft bothers you. Steps to Whole foods Grocery store, organic outdoor restaurants and easy local food and grocery delivery. We are about 5 houses to Massachusetts Avenue so you can walk to everything! SUBWAY: MBTA (Redline) is 2 blocks away BUS: #1 Bus at the bottom of our street. (goes entire line of Mass. Ave from Harvard Square to Boston! We're also about a 2 block walk to the main Central Sq. Bus stop. BIKES: There is a blue bikes station at the bottom of our street. We understand guests might not want to use public bikes during this pandemic, so if you'd like to use our extra personal bikes just let us know - happy to offer.l You're welcome to request ongoing cleaning. The rate is $200/clean and includes washing/replacing all linens/towels and restocking all amenities. Our cleaning service will clean our flat to the state you arrived in (minus personal laundry). 5. Upon departure guests are responsible for putting all sheets/towels in the laundry basket, and disposing of any/all food accumulated during their stay from inside the refrigerator and all cabinets. 6. Our flats are all furnished. No outside furniture is allowed to be brought in to our apartments at any time.
