The Pineapple

Newly renovated studio condo with A/C and is across from the beach. Right in the middle of Kona, It is walking distance to all of the local restaurants, coffee shops, galleries and stores. This unit is located on the 3rd floor and has a queen size bed, 65"tv , New couch and free Wifi The kitchen has a full size refrigerator & sink, but there is no stove. It has an electric skillet, Hot Plate with Pots/Pans, Toaster, Microwave and Crock Pot for cooking. Hawaii TA# TA-059-690-3424-01 The space This unit is located on the third floor. Sorry, there is no elevator. Guests are able to use the entire space. Laundry facility is operated via app you download on your phone and is $3.00 for a wash cycle and $3.00 for a drying cycle. Parking is limited as here is only 59 stalls for 145 units and is on a first come first served basis. Off property parking is available along Kuakini Highway and Alii Drive that is free. There are several "paid parking" sites nearby along Alii Drive as well. Property is staffed from 2pm to 11:40pm every day. Guest access The Kona islander inn has laundry facilities, pool, hot tub & barbecue area available for all guests that are accessible by key card. The unit has a lock box on the door which the front desk of the Islander will give the entry code upon checking in. This unit is located on the 3rd floor and has no elevator.
