Features convenient off street parking for one car. The space The back bedroom suite is a brand new part of my house and has it's own separate private entrance. You will have your own private bathroom, bedroom, and living room. Close to downtown (12 min bike ride or 6 min car ride), you will be able to explore all that Newburyport has to offer. Other things to note NO smoking, vaping, drugs, or parties allowed. We have a strict policy. A fine of $800.00 will be charged in violation of our policy. Sorry no pets allowed.
