Pet Policy We love welcoming well-behaved dogs! We do charge a $75 pet fee per stay to cover additional cleaning costs with our crew 🐾. To keep the home comfortable for everyone (furry friends included), please review these simple guidelines: ✱Dogs only — sorry, no cats or other animals due to allergies. ✱Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved. ✱No dogs on beds or furniture. ✱Never leave dogs unattended in the house unless safely crated. ✱Please clean up after your dog both inside and outside. Bags provided on the deck post. ✱Be mindful of noise and neighbors—excessive barking isn’t permitted. ✱Take dogs out on leash for safety as our neighbors all have animals. There are gates on the deck so they can roam safely. ✱Any pet-related damage or extra cleaning may result in additional charges through Airbnb. Safety & Supervision ✱ Children must never be left unsupervised — guests are fully responsible for safety at all times ✱ Guests are responsible for ensuring any visitors comply with house rules ✱ No fireworks (prohibited by the Town of Newbury) Cleanliness & Care ✱ Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay for a smooth check-out ✱ Report any damages or breakages promptly ✱ Do not move furniture without permission ✱ Do not use bath towels at the beach ✱ Do not put oil, grease or food down the drain ✱ Please only flush toilet paper, no feminine products or wipes ✱ Clean dryer vent after each use ✱ Always use fans when showering or cooking ✱ No candles Respect for Neighbors & Property ✱ Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. ✱ No parties or live music ✱ Keep music at a respectful level during the day ✱ No more than the allowed number of guests or cars than what’s listed on the reservation to be on the property. This is to keep the home safe and secure for everyone. If you’d like to have someone visit, please just let us know ahead of time so we can approve it. Unregistered visitors or overnight guests aren’t permitted. ✱ No defacing or damaging property Smoking & Substances ✱ No smoking or illegal drugs inside or outside the home. Vaping is okay on decks. House Access ✱ Guests must allow homeowner or service access for repairs/inspections (reasonable notice will be given whenever possible) ✱ If your stay lands on Tuesday - Wednesday, please bring barrels to the curb. ✱ Weather - In the event of heavy snow, there is a shovel and pet safe salt provided in the basement. Hosts are happy to come take care of this with your permission, just don’t want to interrupt your stay!
