Great location!! Easy access to Philadelphia by car or train. Plus, 30 minutes to Philadelphia airport. Atlantic City is just over an hour by car or train. Efficiency apartment, Cozy space for 2, could easily sleep 4. Kitchenette, sitting room with 2 barrel chairs, a full size futon and a queen size bed. Private deck & entrance. The space Newly renovated space, quiet. Guest access The full bathroom with shower sits adjacent to the main apartment. The bathroom is exclusively for guest. Other things to note We try to stay out of the laundry room while there are guest in the apartment. But, there are times that I will need to do laundry while there are guest in the apartment. Also, we may need to grab supplies from the room or from the extra refrigerator in the laundry room.
