This cozy condo features: - **2 Bedrooms:** Each with a queen bed, memory foam mattress, 32" TV, dresser with mirror, bedside tables, spacious closet, and window unit for personalized comfort. - **Living Room:** Relax with a comfy sofa and a 52" TV. - **Kitchen:** Fully equipped with a stove, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and glasses. - **Amenities:** Free Wi-Fi, gated living area, and limited off-street parking (available upon request). The condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is designed to make you feel right at home. Don’t be misled by other listings far from the French Quarter—the Big Easy Condo truly puts you in the heart of the festivities. **Additional Details:** - **Minimum Stays:** - 1-night minimum on weekdays. - 2-night minimum on weekends (Friday–Sunday). - 3–4-night minimum for major events, including Mardi Gras (5 nights for the final week), Jazz Fest, Essence Fest, and more. - **Parking:** Limited off-street parking is available upon request - must be requested when booking. Other things to note NOTE: We have very limited parking and you can request an offstreet parking spot if available. This must be requested when booking. If we have a spot available, then we will assign you one parking spot. If you decide to bring 2 vehicles, then 1 vehicle will be parked on the street. You must follow city parking rules. 1. Must park 30 feet from a corner. 2. Do not park by a fire hydrant. 3. Do not park against traffic. Checkout is promptly by 11 am in order to allow time to prepare for next guests. Late checkout without prior authorization will incur a charge of $20 per 1/2 hour. Mardi Gras stays require a 5 night minimum.
