This two bedroom, two bath direct oceanfront condo has an amazing view of the gorgeous Maui Sunsets and the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai! You will find a variety of things to do, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, fish market and the farmers market all close by. This is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit that can accommodate up to 6 guests; the views are spectacular from this location. You will find two separate lanai's with sliding glass doors that provides a ocean view from almost every angle within the condo. Enjoy your meals al fresco or a sunset cocktail from your private oceanfront lanai's. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Please note that there is not an oven. You will find small appliances such as a coffee pot, toaster and blender; along with dishes, utensils and cookware to make your meals. Step into the master bedroom featuring majestic ocean views and access to your own personal lanai. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a good book or just relax after a long day in the sun. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, flat screen tv with an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed. The second bathroom provides a shower/tub combo. The living area offers a full/queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. This unit does not have air conditioners, but there are ceiling fans and moveable fans in the rooms to help with air flow on those days with no trade winds. The unit provides free Wifi, basic cable, and a basic "starter" set of kitchen and bath supplies. Once depleted it is up to the guests to get what they need for the remainder of the stay. ABOUT THE PROPERTY... The tropical grounds of Paki Maui include a tranquil koi fishpond and waterfall, mango and banana trees, grassy lawns that overlook the beach and ocean, just perfect for sunbathing. Many guests' swim and snorkel right here, by utilizing the adjacent beach for entry. Other onsite amenities include a gated heated pool and Jacuzzi area with lounge chairs and also two gas BBQ grills in the pool/cabana area. You will also find charcoal grills in the grassy lawn area (Oceanside). The resort provides onsite coin operated washer/dryers, located across from the elevators on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Guests' are welcome to use anything that is not in a locked cabinet or closet. Once your booking is confirmed, we provide a confirmation with all of the arrival instructions, including our contact information prior to your arrival. Our office is located just across the street from the Paki Maui, so we are close by if you should need assistance. The sunny northwest coast of Maui was once a retreat for Hawaiian royalty! Today, West Maui provides great activities, shopping, restaurants and some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. Within walking distance of the Paki Maui Resort, you will find a local Fish Market (Yummy Ahi Sandwiches), a neighborhood Farmer's Market that provides local produce and organic foods, grocery store, many restaurants, and shopping. Just a couple miles away, you will find the vibrant Whaler's Village. You can drive or if you prefer to walk, take a stroll along the beach boardwalk. The boardwalk start right by Honua Kai Resort, just a few blocks away. A little further north you will find Kapalua which is known for world class golf courses and fine dinning restaurants. Of course you can't miss the historical Lahaina town! Here you will see the rustic buildings that will remind you that Lahaina was once, the busiest port in Hawai'i. We always recommend that you have a rental car. But, if not there is the Maui public transit bus system and there is a bus stop right by the Paki Maui Resort. There are also several Taxi services or Uber.
