The condo is a short 1 mile walk to town, and located onsite is the Green Flash (independently owned) coffee/smoothie shop/cafe for all your morning coffee and smoothie desires, along with some light food and sandwich needs for lunch or breakfast. NOTE: Guests are required to walk up two flights of stairs as the Sea Village complex does not have any elevators in any of the buildings. Our condo is quiet, extremely clean, updated with tropical decor and very comfortable. Once you stay with us in our condo at Sea Village it will become your first choice when coming back to the 'Big Island' of Hawaii. Guest access The entire condo, except 1/2 of the bedroom closet that is locked off as an "owners closet", but there is still plenty of space in the closet for our guests to utilize. Other things to note After booking and prior to arrival guests will receive directions to get to the condo, codes to access the condo, 'Wi-Fi' information, and any other pertinent info. regarding your stay. Sea Village condominium complex does NOT have any elevators, so guests need to walk up two (2) flights of stairs. Checkout Instructions prior to departing the condo: as a minimum place used towels in the Washing Machine and start the Washer to clean the towels, and place all dirty dishes in the Dishwasher and start the dishwasher to clean the dirty/used dishes; and empty all trash and place in the trash dumpsters provided on the complex property. PETS are NOT ALLOWED, except for REGISTERED SERVICE, and ASSISTANCE ANIMALS. However, Guests MUST inform AirBnB, the Owners and Property Manager(s) prior to their stay that such animal will be brought by the guest AND all Authorized Documentation MUST be provided PRIOR to their stay begins and also provide a copy of all documentation to the front office of the rental property complex at the beginning of their stay. If these rules are not followed guest(s) can be subjected to fines and penalties (which start at $250 and up). In addition, if a service animal is brought by the guest into the condo an additional $150 pet cleaning fee will be charged due to other guests possibly having allergens or allergies to pets. NOTE: During the Ironman World Championship Race a minimum stay of 10 nights is required.
