LBI Oceanside House just 8 houses to the Beach! Exceptionally well maintained house with 2 separate rental units. Second floor unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bath and sleeps 4 in beds or rent the entire house and vacation with extended family or friends. House has been completely renovated over the past few years, new kitchens, baths and central AC. House close to the beach, and walking distance to main supermarket, ice cream parlor. See Covid precautions under "Other Things to Note" section The 2nd Flr Unit has 2 bedrooms (1 King & 2 twin beds) kitchen, dining area, living room with pull-out couch and full bath. The unit also has a open deck space and access to a washer/dryer and outdoor shower. House renovations included a new central AC and tankless hot water systems; no more cold showers even if your last off the beach. Soundproofing was installed between the units during the renovation work and the backyard was fenced-in for privacy. The unit has a 55" LCD flat panel TV, DVD player and stereo, as well as an assortment of DVD's and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils and an ample supply of glasses and dishes. There's also a 3-burner gas grill for each unit and few beach chairs that are available on a first come first serve basis. Shared spaces include: - outdoor shower - washer and dryer - fenced in backyard - limited number of beach chairs I'm always available by phone or text to field guests questions before, during or after a stay. I meet guests when they check-in and out and give them a tour of house when they arrive. The house is located on a quite oceanside street just 8 houses from the beach. Our house is one of of only a few rental properties in the neighborhood. The Acme supermarket is a short walk from the house, as well as an ice cream parlor, tennis courts and some local restaurants. The house is approximately a mile and a half from Beach Haven center and Fantasy Island Amusement Park. There's also a number of parks and recreation facilities within a half mile of the house. Guests have a number of options for getting around without a car including a shuttle bus that runs along LBI Blvd. You can also bring or rent bikes from one of the local bike shops or just walk to one of the local establishments. - Units are best suited for average size families - No pets are allowed - Guests need to bring sheets and towels & blankets during pandemic - Wireless WiFi available - Streaming TV service - 3 Beach badges provided with rental - 2 Parking spaces per unit (no boat, trailers, etc.) - Units are best suited for average size families 2021 Covid Precautions being taken: - Guest will need to bring their own blankets, in addition to sheets and towels, since there isn't enough time to launder blankets during turnover - Mattress pads and pillow covers on all beds will be changed out weekly - Guests will need to run all dishes used during their stay through a high heat dishwasher cycle and put them away prior to checkout - Air conditioning filters in each unit and at the main air handler will be replaced each week with new highly rated (MERV 13) filters - Guests are expected to wipe down all high touch areas in shared spaces after each use i.e. laundry area, outside shower
