This private room with double bed is on the 2nd floor and has a shared bathroom. ** (only one person can stay , we do not accept guests ) ** The house is close to concert venues, trains to NYC, local restaurants and shopping. **Please do not wear shoes in the room and in the house. If you have a car, you need a permit to park. Daily $5 montly $45 For street parking (look for signs saying permit parking) The house has 4 rooms and one of the rooms has its own bathroom. ***(This room does not have a private bathroom) There is also another bathroom in the house which the guests of the other 3 rooms are using (shared bathroom for everybody). There sometimes can stay an extra guest in living room or host (myself but not everytime) for cleaning etc. so 4 people share that one bathroom. Leaving dirty dishes in the sink is not tolerated.
